I have found a tutorial online in doing pool water effect. but the tutorial was made in adobe illustrator cs3. So there is a thing there called "Live trace" How do I do it in illustrator cc? See picture of steps below.

How do I get to the "tracing options" menu?

Select the image and use the Image Trace panel.

The menu for saving the Preset is to the right of the Preset dropdown:

When I click "Image Trace" in the control panel it just starts tracing
