PSE 15 (gekauft MS Store), PSE 18 - Lässt sich nicht starten - "Der an einen Systemaufruf ..."

Ich habe vor einigen Monaten PSE 15 im Microsoft Store erworben, installiert und konnte es seither nicht starten:

"Der an einen Systemaufruf übergebene Datenbereich ist zu klein."

Im Netz habe ich keine (-für mich verständliche) Lösungsmöglchkeit gefunden. Nun habe ich auch versucht, eine Testversion von PSE 18 zu installieren (ebenfalls aus dem Store), was aber nich der Installation und dem Startversuch die gleiche Fehlermeldung liefert.

Ich bin ratlos udn verärgert, dass ich Geld für eine Software bezahlt habe, die auf meinem Rechner, der mE die Voraussetzngen erfüllt (siehe Screenshot dazu):

Kann mir bitte hier vielleicht jemand mit einem Tipp dienen, dass ich die von mir bezahlte Software doch endlich auch nutzen kann? - Ich wäre wirklich froh, meldete sich vielleicht doch noch einmal ein Support-Mitarbeiter von Adobe oder eine gute Seele aus diesem Forum ... ;o)

Unfortunately you can't expect any help from Adobe.

1 - You bought from MS store, and it's Microsoft responsability to provide installation and working help.

2 - MS store version is a different version which is installed very differently on your computer.

3 - Microsoft created the problem with its latest Windows update. The problem is present on both Adobe and MS store versions, though not for everybody depending on the hardware and RAM amount. Reverting to the previous Windows version seems to solve the problem for everybody.

The only known solution with the latest Windows 1803 only works for the Adobe version. MS store version does not allow this workaround. That solution is to edit the Windows registry.

So, Even Adobe can't do anything for you.

You could:

- ask for a refund from Microsoft

- ask Microsoft to help you roll back to the old Windows versions (there are testimonies that Microsoft did that already)

- Download the free trial version of PSE2018 from Adobe and test the registry editing, and only buy it if it works.
