I upgraded my Mac to Mac OS sierra. When I did this my Adobe photo shop was lost. I would like to reinstall it. I have had no luck. Since I have already paid for this program, I am not certain how to proceed. There is no number to call for customer assistance.

What version are you trying to install? Do you have your serial number? You will need it.

I'll wait for your answers before deciding what instructions to issue.

Not certain if you received my response. I have the serial number and all I know is that it is 13.0 for Mac

If there is a Photoshop CS6 folder in your Apps folder, it should be there. 13.0.6 was the last update.

If for some odd reason it isn't there, you can download the Photoshop CS6 installer, but first we should know if it there or not. If the CS6 folder is present, you should be able to launch the Photoshop app inside and pin it to the Dock.

What gives you the impression that it's lost?

Upgrading your Mac operating system should have no effect on the installed apps. I've done it successfully several times without any issues.

Is it definitely not present in the Applications folder? Have you perhaps lost the icon in the Dock, rather than the app itself?

Not certain if this makes any sense. 13.0 for Mac. I do have the serial number.
