    payment request does not stop

      I am astonished.

      I did cancel an ADOBE STOCK subscription on 4 April by paying an extra 30 euro and now I found out that on April 27 I was charged again for 36.59 euros!

      What is going on here?

          Hi Stefano,

           

          I apologize for the delay here in responding to you. I have checked your account details and it seems that the Adobe Stock subscription had been suspended because of the non-payment but as mentioned by you that your card was charged again on 27th April, I am unable to find that charge on your card on file.

          The last charge on your card was made on April 5, 2018 but that wasn't for Stock.

           

          The subscription has been cancelled from our end as per your request on 4th April itself.

           

          Let me know if there are any specific concerns that you see.
