About php code, it is wrong in design view

Sorry about my poor english, but i need someone help.

Please see the image, why the php code is display in design view? how to fix it?

This points to a non-existent server that interprets the PHP code.

Do you have a PHP server running on your local system?

• If no, the have a look at installing a WampServer, la plate-forme de développement Web sous Windows - Apache, MySQL, PHP
• If yes, have you set the site up to use that server?

There are also other servers available as per List of Apache–MySQL–PHP packages - Wikipedia

I set my local server, but the question still here.

may be that dreamweaver use "<?php ... >" to replace "<?php ... ?>" and cause mistake?
