Site with Embedded Webm Videos Not Playing in Chrome

Recently, my Webm videos stopped playing in Chrome when I export my site from Muse and open it in Chrome. The Muse site and videos work in Firefox and  the webm video by itself plays in Chrome, but not when it is exported from Muse. This issue started in the last month or so. Has anyone else had this issue?

Switch to MP4 video which is fully supported by all modern browsers including mobile.  WebM, OGG and Flash fallbacks are no longer necessary.

If you're inserting code:  (Note: no spaces in file names)

<video poster="YOUR_POSTER_IMAGE.jpg" controls>

<source src="YOUR_VIDEO.mp4" type="video/mp4">

Autoplay is not universally supported by all browsers and web devices.   This is intended to spare users from unwanted data consumption.   It's best to let users decide for themselves if they want to play media.  There might be good reasons for why they wouldn't -- sleeping baby in next room, shared office space with co-workers, streaming media from other sources...

That makes sense. For our needs, it is used at places that want to advertise their video for customers standing in front of their venue so it is not a universal website where people may want the option to see or not see it...they want it to autoplay. However, I can play the videos in Safari but not Chrome, which is our preferred browser. Any other suggestions?
