I had ProDC but changed to basic. I keep getting messages when I open PDF's saying that my subscription has expired (I expect it's referring to ProDC) even though my account is current (for Basic). When I changed shouldn't the system recognise this? Do I need to reload Adobe to stop this as it's really annoying?

Also, you have subscription for Adobe PDF Pack. Adobe PDF Pack works in your web browser on your computer or mobile device, or free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for your desktop which you can download from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
