Our company loaded Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro a couple of years ago. I had read that Adobe allows two downloads; one to desktop and one to a laptop. So I downloaded a version to my laptop using the same serial number of the original desktop download. However, when I opened it, I noticed that the PDF Lib option did not show up on the menu. It is however, on the downloaded desktop version. I have tried reloading it and fixing any original loading issues but it is still not there. Am I incorrect thinking that Adobe allows two downloads or is there still an issue loading this software that needs to be fixed?
I don't know what you are referring to with "PDF Lib".
There are some very strict limitations when it comes to installing two copies of Adobe Acrobat. You can look that up in the EULA. What it comes down to is that you can install Acrobat on your laptop and your desktop, as long as you are not using the two copies at the same time. You can also have Acrobat installed on your work computer and your home computer, but again, only if the two copies are not being used at the same time. Consult the EULA for more information.
PDFlib is not a software from Adobe. May be a separate download and installation.
