I have exactly the same problem, and looking at this forum, it seems like we arent the only ones who cant get this to work. I have Creative Suite 3. Is there an alternative to using Fireworks for this slideshow ?
I am a beginner at this. Is there another way other than this forum that an issue like this can get addressed ?

Have you reviewed the Fireworks help files on the subject?
In a nutshell:
Export the slideshow to a specific folder (your site's local root
folder or a sub folder within it.
From there, you can access the generated html page(s) from within
If this is not the issue, you will need to be more specific on the
problems you are experiencing.

Does the CSS export to DW really work? Is it an improvement over the plugin currently available?
