This is the window up when wanting to export - it's a real conundrum as the hard drive that all the photos are on is plugged in.

      Any thoughts? Thanks

          Hi richarda63825426,

Sorry that you cannot import image sin Lightroom as you've getting an error message "Some files are offline or missing".

Could you please let us now the version of Lightroom you're using and the location you're importing the images from?

All of those images have an "!" on them indicating that they are missing as far as Lightroom is concerned. Have you moved them and not used Lightroom to do that? Or, has the drive name or letter designation changed? If you right-click on the folder where they are "supposed" to be can you update the folder location or find the missing folder and get the images synchronized with Lightroom again?
