BC site not letting folks past the captcha

Hello all!  I have a BC hosted site for a client that has a captcha, at least once a month we get complaints that someone can't get past the captcha.  I'm not aware of any errors popping up, it just won't let them past to submit the form.  Any ideas?  The website is www.buyhorseinsurance.com.
