You can use the compiler flag defaults-css-url or defaults-css-files to load your css file.

my css file name is, css.css
how can i load it ?
In FB go to compiler tab and add
in the additional compiler arguments
Build and run.
I did as u told but when i test the file, it shows this error
TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.

I havent tried it. Maybe tonight.
Let me know the context in which you are testing this. Are you trying to just run a project locally on a machine or you are trying to place all files on a server?
