Lightroom 6 - serial number is not found

Hi there,

i have bought a full version of lightroom 6 and obtained a serial number which I added in my adobe Id. After download of the trial version of lightroom CC and following the licensing instruction my serial number is not found. Does anyone has a clue how to solve this issue?
