encore keeps freezing

anyone know why encore keeps freezing? im trying to make a dvd with a menu and after a couple of min of using it it freezes....ive tried restarting, updating etc

More info re what steps you can complete if any.

For example, Can you create a new project? If you do nothing then, does it crash?

If you add a menu from the Encore library, does that work?

Can you import an asset?

What OS? I assume Encore CS6?

Yes . Cs6 - yes I can create a new project, add a menu and import but once I dont think theres a certain point when it starts freezing it seems like its just after a few minutes of using the program

Im noticing it always freezes after a preview the dvd and continue working
