If you are talking about Lightroom Classic CC or Lightroom CC 2015 (but not Lightroom CC, yes it's confusing) then I don't think there's any way to re-create a catalog from the mobile information.
Yes, I thought so. The catalog also still appears online as well though. I would like to speak with someone from Adobe, but it doesn't seem like they have phone or chat support for my type of issue. Do you know if there is any way to speak with someone about this? Thanks so much also for the reply
