Hello,

I just purchased an ASUS ZenBook Pro UX550VD (8 gb , NVIDIA GeForce 1050 4gb , 256gb SSD).

I installed PREMIERE 2018, and nothing is showing up, no video played in the timeline neither in the Source. Only the sound can be heard.

Please I need help, I tried all the options mentionned here in the forum (for example by the Files > Project Setting > General > Renderer > Mercury Playback Engine Software only) and no way... I still have the problem.

I uninstalled everything with Adobe Cleaner and Install again, No way, same problem...

I tried AFTER EFFECT, and same proble, no video showing up, only the sound.

I'm really desesperated as I have to edit asap.

Thank you for your help,

Here a screenshot of the problem:

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers

Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
