Why are you interested in this particular xtra - what does it do that
the MPEG Advance xtra doesn't?

I haven't used MediaPlayer Xtra but have heard good things about it. The
reason to use it over MPEG Advanced:
MediaPlayer Xtra (in addition to MPEG) plays DIVX, WMV and other video
formats. And audio formats like MP2, MP3, MIDI and more. So, does support
some media types that are not available in MPEG Advanced.
However, MediaPlayer Xtra is Windows only. So, if you need an all purpose
MPEG-1 player for Windows and Mac, MPEG Advanced is the better option.
I've used other Xtras from Starsoft and have found them to be very
reliable and support is great. If you have any questions, drop them an
email and I'm sure you'll get a reply.

I've always used the MPEGAdvance Xtra but it doesn't play WMV's. A client
of mine wants to use WMV's (but when we went in to look for them we coudn't
find any. We took the job anyway!)
Thanks to you too Dean.
