Acrobat DC was previously installed on one of our PC's, but it's now being used by someone else. The issue is when we startup Acrobat DC it's still showing the old user, even if we un-install the software. Is there a registry entry or something we can reset ?
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with Acrobat's user on the machine, is that correct?
Try deactivating the application using Help>Deactivate within Acrobat in order to remove the Adobe ID information. Also,
try deleting this folder - \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache and check if that helps.
If that doesn't work, try running cleaner tool on the machine found here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer and then reinstall Acrobat and check.
