We're sorry to hear about this, as Photoshop is freezing could you please let us know which version of Photoshop you're working on?
Also, could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
Thank you for your response. If you would re-read my post: the problem is not that Photoshop is freezing. So long as I keep Photoshop on the Dell screen, PS works well. It's only when the window is transferred to the Cintiq that the problem occurs. The problem is how the Cintiq displays the PS window. Sections of the display freeze, while other sections continue to function normally.
