Almost nothing in Photoshop Elements 15 works properly after a pair of Windows 10 updates in recent weeks - JPEG files won't save, most editing fails, etc. Is there any way to fix this other than trying to reverse the updates, which may not be feasible anyway? Thanks.

Reversing the update is only a temporary solution.

Just look at the other posts from today, you'll find several with the same issue.
