Hi, I need to be able to create a booklet PDF, from a Microsoft Publisher booklet document. The PDF needs to be able to commercially print. So it needs to have bleed, and for the pages to be collated correctly for print. Can Anyone tell me if and how I can do this in acrobat, before I invest in the software?
This task (combining and reordering pages for a booklet) is called imposition. A commercial printer will have the software to do this, and will not expect or want you to do so, usually. You should, however, define bleed if the pages are to be printed to the edge (but not otherwise).
