After installing Adobe Acrobat Pro 17.011.30079 on Citrix, users are complaining about persistent latency when files are open and you are navigating through them. The on-screen mouse is 1-2 seconds behind the physical mouse, scrolling through pages is 1-2 seconds delayed, etc.
