We had Ricoh printers and I had no specific problem with DC.

What is the printer type? What is the OS? What is the exact DC version?

I'm sorry - the problem is not with Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017

Printer Type: RICOH NRG MP C3004 SP; Driver Version: Ricoh PCL6 Universal Driver V4.18

OS: MS Windows 10 Pro 1607

Software-Version: 2017.011.30080 Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017

Wie kommst Du denn darauf? Es gibt das "Translate Tool" für die Kollegen. Du kannst auf Deutsch antworten, das ist für mich kein Problem.

Please look into the advanced option of the print dialog box. There is a print as image (als Bild drucken) option. That should be off.

If the Postscript option is installed try that one.

It would also be worth a try to use “Print as image” once just to see if printing time increases. Print as image will do Acrobat the ripping and sending over a pixel image to the printer. This should normally slow down printing. If however the driver does the same, printing time will be equivalent...and the culprit is the driver.

wir haben beides probiert - leider ohne Erfolg.

Die Kollegen melden, dass das Problem erst da ist, seit Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 verwendet wird.

Mit Adobe Reader X hat der Ausdruck noch einwandfrei funktioniert.

Kann ich den Adobe Reader X noch irgendwo herunterladen? Idealerweise eine Setup.exe direkt von Adobe?

Hallo zusammen,

sorry das ich mich jetzt erst wieder melde.

Ich möchte nochmal eben zusammenfassen, was ich hier alles probiert habe:

1. Acrobat auf aktuellste Version upgedatet

2. Windows auf aktuellste Version upgedatet

3. Druckertreiber auf Printserver auf aktuellste Version upgedatet

4. Printerserver (Windows) gepatcht und rebootet

5. die in diesem Thread vorher genannten  Aktionen

Es fällt auf, dass das Problem hauptsächlich bei PDF >600 kB auftritt.

was können wir noch machen?

`Kann ich ggfs. Beispiel PDF senden?
