are their any known plans to update the flatfilec correction plugin to 64 Bit for the upcoming Mac OS 10.14 or do I have to move to Capture One ?

I assume that is a third party plugin, so you’d have to ask the author.

No it is a Adobe Lab plugin
Both 64 bit and 32 bit versions are currently available. What makes you think it will need updating?
