How to make pdf of multi-part email - need html & plain text

I didn't think this was possible, but I have someone telling me it is.

Currently, if I need a pdf of an email, I press Command-P (on a mac) and select "Save as Pdf"

But that only saves the html version. It's sent as a MIME multi-part message. Is there a way to save as a pdf that shows, both versions?

EDIT: forgot to include info: I'm on a mac, using Outlook 16 for mac and Acrobat Pro DC Version 2018.011.20040
