Can't open Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 on Windows 10 x64 (DLL issue)

Hi there, I installed (and removed/reinstalled) Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 but the program won't start because of this error message, can someone please help me!!

Please remove the current installation and reinstall - You're data is safe while doing this.

Download 6.0 and the update to 6.14 from here: Download Photoshop Lightroom

There is no direct 6.14 installer. Reboot between every step.
