Question about available cloud storage!

I have synchronized about 15000 photos in more than hundred collections from LR Claccic to LR CC, but my available cloud storage is still 20GB.Why?

If you are only synchronizing from LR Classic Collections you will be storing smart previews only in the cloud. At present, the cloud storage limit relates to originals stored in the cloud e.g. imported directly into LRCC on desktop or mobile device.
