Is it possible that you post the image in question and clarify which elements you mean?

Clipping images is naturally possible with Photoshop, but which techniques might be more efficient depends on the image.

Please post the image in question (or at least a representative part of it).

Photoshop offers a variety of Selection Tools and options and Path Tools that can be used to clip image elements, so once again: Which techniques might be more efficient depends on the image.

What do you want to do with the clipped image elements anyway?
