Error 50 while installing the Creative Cloud desktop app

I keep getting caught in a loop...asking for help downloading creative cloud litghtoom and photoshop...there is now ap on my desktop and only a lightroom ap in my downloads....when I try to install it says error 50.....what can I do.  this has alrady taken an hour

Hi Cawalt,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install and use Adobe Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC because the desktop app is giving you an error 'Error code 50'.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps shared in 'Solution 3' of the following help document and share the results: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"

I bought lightroom and photoshop and can only firnd lightroom….I am an old time Photoshop user…since Photoshop 3…and lightroom since the first copy…please give me some assistance.  I cant even find photoshop to install.
