Would you be able to share a screenshot of the "green transferred tags" since I am unable to see that in my account?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. We have identified a bug around this issue and the engineering team is already working on this.
We will update the thread with more details once we will have a fix deployed.
Oh..I did sign out and sign back in. The green tags are still there.
What do they mean?
