Adobe scan not working

It sees the document but does not make the doc. Just stays in that mode. Same with manual mode. It does highlight the doc in light blue. It was working .

Try once to reboot the device and then use the application.

Check if that makes any difference.

It just started to malfunction. Where do i find the latest release. I have my phone set up for automatic updates. I think thats what messed things up

The latest version of Adobe Scan is 18.06.19.

As you are using the application on Android device, you can update the application from the play store.

You can also refer to this link Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR - Apps on Google Play

Check if that works for you.

Yes. Guata when the problem started. That version was probably installed on

a automatic update. I was not aware of the update. It must of happened

recently because the app worked before and now the scan has problems and it

hangs up. Sometimes now ,the app says " the adobe scan stopped working". I

uninstalled, rebooted, turned cell off, and reinstalled.

Is the old version still out?

We have tried to replicate the issue at our end on an Android device. it is working fine at our end.

Could you please confirm the application version currently installed on your device?

Also, please share the make and model of the device along with the OS version installed on the device.
