Movies embedded in a PDF not working

I have a PDF Ebook with video embedded and it will not play. I get a yellow band with the message saying "Install the required version of Flash Player"

I have installed the latest Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Flash Player and still cannot get the movie to run and receive the same error message

I am using Windows 10 with plenty of RAM. Can you make any suggestions to resolve the issue?

Which Flash Player did you install? The NPAPI, PPAPI or ActiveX one? If you aren't sure, what is your browser.
