The administrator at our company recently gave me access to Acrobat Standard DC. I followed the instructions to download, but now the program disappears within seconds of me opening it or any document. I can't complete the tutorials or open a document for longer than 2-3 seconds. When I try to re-download it tells me that it's already downloaded. What are my options?
I called the Adobe help desk as well and got a very quick response. The issue was me having an older version of Adobe installed. Once that older version was uninstalled the new version stopped crashing. Thank you!
