why can't i create PDF - i always was able at a click of a button!!

pdf impossible to create frm PDF and JPG - no changes have been made on my end except i renewed my subscription with a new address.

this is a joke right - that u have tech issues and u have to write to forum??? and noone answers from ADOBE/// this is ridiculous
