    OT: PDF in IE7 Caching Error

    Level 7
      Anyone run into this?

      My user is getting a message "the file could not be written to cache" in IE7
      when they try to open a pdf from my site.
      They looked and the "do not save encrypted pages to disk" setting is
      unchecked.

      The following headers are being sent with the page:
      header("Pragma: ");
      header('Cache-Control: max-age=3600');

      I cannot recreate the issue in iE7(that is it is working for me)...

      Any suggestions?

      TIA

          I'd personally have them uninstall and reinstall Acrobat Reader. I run IE7 (on WinXP) with PDF's on three different computers on a daily basis and have never come across that...

              Yeah I dunno. I've had to reinstall Acrobat reader before on various machines over the years because it craps out for one reason or another. Again, I'd just have them reinstall.
