Error message when I change panel

When I change panel for example Graphic to Color I get a Error Message an have to close the program. Or it just close down, without warning

. I have been tryining a lots of times and now I give up!

Hi John,

Go to Your Documents folder>Adobe and rename Premiere Pro folder to old_PremierePro.

You will lose your Keyboard shortcuts, Workspaces etc which can be recovered by going back old-Premiere Pro>12.0>User profile>Layouts and Win folder which you can copy into the new one.
