Disappearing work when using paint on layer

Adobe sketch seems to be deleting my work. So far this has only happened when I’m using the paint on layer feature. I think it might be triggered by accidentally performing the undo gesture but am unsure. it just deletes most of the recent steps and I can’t redo to get them back. This has happened multiple times to me. I am on an iPad Pro 12.9 inch And using the latest version on adobe sketch. I’ve also noticed that when using undo without the gesture while painting on layer it generally gets rid of multiple strokes at once instead of just the one.

Hi Olivia.

I'm sorry for taking so long to respond; I've been out of the office. And I'm really sorry this is happening.

When you refer to "paint on layer," are you referring to "paint inside"?

And when you're undoing, you're using the Undo icon in the top nav? And each tap removes more than one stroke?

What version of iOS are you using?

Did you by any chance merge a layer, and then undo that merge as part of your drawing process?

Anything additional you can tell me would be super helpful. Again, I'm really sorry about this.

Sue.
