Not that I know of. Those shape primitives are pretty basic.

Hmm, that might be workable. My only hesitation is that just about every
time I've tried to do anything with the vector shapes in Director, it winds
up completely glitching out or even crashing the program. This seems to be
by far the least stable feature in the program - I've never had that kind of
trouble with anything else.
I'm just surprised that a thing this basic can't be done with the standard
shape objects. The appropriate degree of corner rounding is very dependant
on the ultimate size of the rectangle, so that's the sort of thing that
really *should* be adjustable. Oh well...
Incidentally, another reason for not wanting to use Vector Shapes on this is
that the rectangle's size will change dynamically in the program - one end
of it will move from side to side. With a basic Shape object, I can just
change the "Right" property and have it scale accordingly. With a vector
shape, I'd need to individually move all 4 vertices on that end, which is a
bit more complicated...
the standard shape objects haven't changed since I picked up Director back in version 7 and it seems like they've been the same standard objects probably earlier than that... maybe we'll see a change in D11.

They go back at least as far as version 4, which was the first I used.
However, I wasn't doing as much scripting back then as I do now, so I don't
know if anything has been done to them in that respect. If this feature
doesn't exist for Rounded Rects, though, I'd say it makes them the least
useful of the 4 types. I use standard Rects all the time for all sorts of
things. Lines can be useful too, though I wish there were more options for
thickness, as well as things like dotted-lines, etc. Ovals I don't use
much, except as proxies until the real graphic assets come in. But Rounded
Rects - well if the corners could be altered I'd have a really good use for
them right now, but if not, oh well...
