How do I set the Warp Stabilizer to "Stabilize Only" as the default?

You cannot change the default setting but you can make a preset.

How do I make a preset?

The same as any preset for an effect.

Set parameters.

Right click on effect.

Save Preset.

Only drawback is you have to press Analyze.
