When opening a PDF, the page zooms down to from 100 to 8.4 or some other lower zoom setting.  This happens without human intervention.  How do I correct it?

Hi NEWTONBMOORE,

As per the issue description mentioned above, pdf is opening at lower zoom level in Acrobat, is that correct?

Could you check if magnification is set for the pdf by right-clicking > Document Properties > Initial View> Magnification?

Refer to the following forum threads which discuss the similar topic:

How to make Acrobat show 100% when opened?

How do I set a default zoom level for a file to open to?.

Let us know if you need any help.
