hello, the other day I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 but Adode cancelled the order and told me that the transaction has not been processed. However, my credit card has been debited. Is it an unfortunate oversight? Why has the transaction not been processed? Thank you for your prompt response. Alexey
We're not Adobe here, we are just other Lightroom users who cannot help with billing issues. Click on Support Home at the top of this page to contact Adobe about this.

You need to contact Adobe directly to have to have the payment reversed.
