    Web access to files/folders?

    ChelanCounty
I am using Adobe CS3, can anyone tell me how to give the world wide web access to files and directories in a tree applet that is collapsible?

Keep in mind these are files/folders that reside on network shares so they would be referenced on a webpage that would get converted on the fly to ftp look and feel (and permissions).

Similar to what this product does http://www.webfilebrowser.com/

You would need to either -

          a) have a folder which has directory browsing enabled (so that it shows a
list of files when browsed to), or
          b) create a custom server-scripted application that reads the filenames from
the directory and places them on the page wrapped in anchors

          which?

Because I'm new to this request which would you recommend?

Well, the first is MUCH simpler, but you have NO cosmetic options.
