Can you loop "sub selections" in color range or magic wand selections?

Please ignore the blue line and the already applies gradient. If I use say magic wand right now and then I do an inverse selection can I loop each "individual patch"? Using the example above there would be 10 selections and I want to loop through each of them and apply a gradient effect to each patch. I also would like to calculate each selected patch area and find the center of the patch if that is possible.
