Corrupt Files

Recently whenever I upload to adobe premiere my files get corrupted. I have tried these files on my laptop and they work fine there, but wont work on my adobe for desktop. I have uninstalled multiple times and still whenever I reinstall and use adobe it is corrupted. Any ideas?
