iPhone installation problem

I downloaded Adobe Scan to my iPhone. When I open the app all I get is a black screen. Help!

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you get the black screen when you open the Adobe Scan after installation, please let us know if you are using Facebook or Google login to sign in the application.

If yes, please try once to sign in with your Adobe ID.

Check if that resolves the issue.

Also, refer this forum thread Black screen on scan download ! with the similar issue.

Check any of the steps mentioned helps.
