I have checked your account and noticed that you signed up for 3 images a month(month- month) plan on 6th June 2018. With this plan,
you can cancel the service anytime and there is no annual commitment.

thanks for the answer. I have just updated the payment method but my account is still suspended.
The credit card linked to the account is unchanged, but now is enabled to pay.
I'd like to always use the same card... How can I solve the problem?
I can see that you are account is active and the amount is paid for the plan. Please let us know if you are still facing any issues while cancelling the plan?
