Flash Builder instructions on bumptop not clear

i dont understand: when i got the SDK 4.6 i multiple src files through out the file so i have no idea, which src file i must copy over? compared to the lib, is in root, so that i can find easy to copy over.

And the TileUI_Flex.mxml, i cannot find that anywhere, so what should i do now?

new to this. please advise me.
