video importing is messing up

So I keep importing mp4 files into Adobe Premiere Pro but its only importing 0:00:00:01 of the actual video. The video i'm trying to import is about 20 minutes long. I think my settings have messed up with the newest update but I'm not 100% sure.

Which update? The 12.1.2 version dropped July 16?

Hi kurtiso91121997,

As suggested by Neil, this was a known issue with Elgato footage and it is fixed in the latest version, 12.1.2.

You can update the application using Creative Cloud.
