Good morning, I installed on a server XenApp 7.18 (Windows Server 2012 R2 in English) Adobe Reader DC with the July update (2055), but randomically when users print, nothing happens. The only solution is to get them out of the session and bring them back. Can you help me? Thank you

Been an issue for over a year and a half now i recall, Adobe will only print to a default printer no matter what you change it to on the fly, it will ignore it.   There is a forum post in the adobe forums that goes on forever about this.   No fix I know of.  We advised users if they need to print, use chrome.   Pretty much cut out reader except for viewing only. The lack of printing issue even failed on Win10 along with XenApp 7.12 on up.

Now that we are using Acrobat Pro - I am here looking for info for I am dealing with licensing issues crashing PDApp.exe where I have to remove a/v from our xenapp servers and reload.   Just started with this fun.
