Premiere Pro crashing on both Macs when opening any project.

Hi,

Today I encountered a critical issue with Premiere Pro.

Trying to open *any* project results in a blank, black screen after the assets are loaded. I can start a brand new project, but closing it and re-opening it results in the same crash.

I have tried reinstalling Premiere Pro.
I have tried deleting the plugins and settings.
I have tried deleting the media cache files.

Nothing works

I have now reinstalled my OS and Adobe apps and the result is the same, Premiere is bricked.

Is there some sort of premium support option? This is now time critical and I'm losing income

Another update. If I start a project from scratch, I can complete it right up to render. However, once I try to queue the project in Media Encoder it all falls over, Premiere and Media encoder. At which point, the project cannot be opened again and crashes.

This happens on two computers, both Mac.

What are the exact dot versions of Premiere Pro & Media Encoder? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Please check if both the versions are updated to the same version.

Is there any error message after the crash? Share a screenshot with us.
